I'm FINALLY feeling a bit better and HAD to hit the gym... I've made so much progress that taking off from the gym due to being sick, was killing me. I only did a little bit of cardio, as to not over do it on my first day back and man, oh, man am I sore!
Treadmill (changing intervals/speed & incline)
28 mins. 225 cals. 1.80 miles.
I am also excited and happy to report that I have notice a complete change in my body and have lost 10 lbs!! Yay me!
