CLEARLY went home and went to my gym this morning! It felt great even though I was still a little sore from the 4 hr hike!

Stretches:
Legs/Arms - held for 10 seconds each

Lifting:
Bicept Curl and Upright Row - 3 sets of 15 @ 5lbs.
Oblique Side Bends - 2 sets of 15 @10lbs.
Tricept Extention - 3 sets of 10 @ 10lbs.

Intense Cardio:
Sprinted every 8 secs at incline level 8.
Recovered for 12 secs at incline level 5.
Pushed through it for 15 mins straight.

Followed by fast paced walk for 2 miles
at incline level 6 for 30 mins.

48 mins. 401.2 cals 3.03 miles.
Yay Me, I felt so accomplished!!
