Washington DC, Dulles - Back on Track

Today's Workout
via Washington DC - Dulles

Curls/Bench Press 3 sets of 15 @ 5lbs.
Treadmill - 35 mins. 246 cals. 2.11 miles.
Abs - Sit-ups 20 on each side 20 reg (middle)
- Leg Lifts 10 on each side 10 reg (middle)

Felt so good to be back to my normal gym work out!
Easter food was too good to turn down (ha ha ha)
