Gain an Inch. Loose a mile.

Hey everyone!
I feel awful not being able to write about my progress the last 2 weeks. Like I said in the beginning, the hardest thing for me is time.... When I can buy myself time to work out its hard for me to find time to blog about it after. I have however been texting myself my workouts. Ive pretty much accomplished my first months goals with flying colors and have become a cardio Queen! This month I will be focusing more on weight training coupled with some cardio! So here is a quick Up-to-Date version of whats been going on! :)
March 11
Treadmill - 2.51 miles. 272 calories. 55 mins.
March 14, Jacksonville FL.
Treadmill - 1.78 miles. 264 calories. 33 mins.
March 16, CRUNCH - Wayne, NJ (went to gym with Jenny!)
Hip Adductor - Inner 4 sets of 15 @ 30lbs
- Outter 3 sets of 15 @ 50lbs
30 Burpies.
Lifting - Curls & Bench press 3 sets of 15 @ 5 lbs
Lat Pull Down & Reverse Lat Pull Down 3 sets of 10
Leg Lifts, Scissor Crunches
Side Mt. Climbers.
Bike - 15 mins. 100 cals. 2.65 miles.
(I WAS SOOOO SORE!!!) :)
March 19
Treadmill - 30 mins. 215. cals. 1.71 miles.
March 23, Fort Myers, FL
20 Burpies.
Lifting - Curls & Bench Press 3 sets of 15 @ 5 lbs.
Abs - Sit-ups on Ball 10 each side ,10 in middle (30 in total)
Treadmill - 15 mins. 1.03 miles
(FORCED myself to run for as long as possible/speed walk at steep incline)
Text to self: Didn't have much time today... Still squeezed in a workout though!
March 29
Treadmill - 30 mins. 230 Cals. 1.88 miles.
