Newark, NJ (x2)

Layover: Newark, NJ
Second night in a row in the Garden State!!

This time my layover was not only super short (I couldn't even go home) however, it also didn't allow me enough time to hit the gym today. Ill be doing 3 Florida flts today... Ahhhhhh!

However, even with that said I did get myself a short Ab workout in from my hotel room. I have a lengthy layover in West Palm Beach, FL late tonight into tomorrow which will allow me for a much better workout! :)

10 Suicide Jumps (Burpies)
V-ups - 3 sets of 15
Crunches - 3 sets of 25
Oblique Side Crunches - 2 sets of 10
Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 10 on each side and down the middle
